In 1 week, she helped my High School Junior go from a 68 to a C+ in Algebra 2. I repeat… this happened in less than 7 days. I believe all A’s and B’s are in my daughters future now because of Mira. She is a life saver. She met with the teacher to get a good understanding of exactly what my daughter needed. She is much more than a tutor. She is an academic coach who is committed to the overall success of her student clients. She is well worth every penny.

Ms. Mira has always been there for me every day and night. Once you start working with Ms. Mira, you will push yourself to accomplish all those goals that you come to her for because she encourages you and makes them easier. Before I started working with Ms. Mira, I was passing my all of my classes, but my parents and I felt like my grades could be better. After being with Ms. Mira from November-May, I passed my STAAR math like I wanted to ranking above average in my district. I was accepted into the National Junior Honor Society and earned A & B honor roll all while preforming well with my busy sports schedule. Now I am taking all PreAP classes and have new goals set for this year. Thank you Ms. Mira for everything you did and will do for my family. My daughter has made tremendous academic and personal strides throughout the 2015-2016 school year. Through the development of her time management, and organizational skills, she was able to successfully complete tasks and obtain her goals. As a result, she was recognized as a STAR student for the 3rd nine weeks, received the year around A/B Honor Roll award, was inducted into the National Jr. Honor Society, named MVP of her 7th grade basketball team, and was accepted in to the Summer STEAM program at Houston Community College.  In addition, her math STAAR test scores rose 200 points which was above the state and district averages. Ms. Mira was able to accommodate our busy schedules with a combination of in person and online tutoring sessions. She also found it very helpful that she was able to call or text her with questions and/or concerns whenever she needed. It helped me not to stress about what’s going out and coming in because Ms. Mira and my daughter worked well together and the results showed. – Parent Perspective

I would like to thank Ms. Mira for what she has done for my 8^th grader during her mid-life crisis. I was referred to Ms. Mira because my daughter was starting to fall behind in her AP classes, and it was becoming difficult for us to communicate about school stuff without a big meltdown. She always had pretty good grades, but Ms. Mira just stepped in and made things better. It’s hard to explain everything she has done and how she does it, but the experience has been great for my relationship with my daughter.  She encourages her, talks to her about so many things, supports her at her games which she really likes and she says she just feels like Ms. Mira really cares how and why she do things. The year round support has helped tremendously, and it’s very easy to get in touch with Ms. Mira. I would recommend her even if your child is doing good in class because she does so much for the long term of my child’s academics and self-esteem.

It was very difficult in the beginning to take a step back and trust the process Ms. Mira was implementing. My baby struggled in the beginning, but I wanted her to get it together being she was a student-athlete in the 7^th grade. It didn’t take long before she was coming home with notes and homework, being responsible for her work and much more organized. I don’t have to worry about what’s coming up next or if she forgot to do something because Ms. Mira is stern and holds her accountable for so much. She knows what she needs to do and can always contact her for help. Her grades are really good now, and she is more focused in class because she knows she has responsibilities and have to communicate with Ms. Mira daily. Her attitude has changed and her confidence is out the roof. Thank you Ms. Mira for what you have done for my family!
